The comprehensive development plan promises to bring prosperity to Sarawak

KUCHING, SARAWAK – During a recent press conference, Sarawak Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Amar Dr Sim Kui Hian hailed the ruling coalition Gabungan Parti Sarawak’s (GPS) manifesto as a comprehensive and detailed development plan for state.

According to Dr Sim, in contrast to other parties, GPS has provided a clear and visionary roadmap for Sarawak’s development in all economic, social and human aspects. This demonstrates GPS’s strong commitment to improving the lives of local people without distinction of ethnicity or religion.

The GPS Manifesto promises to bring investment in infrastructure, create jobs, support small and medium enterprises and protect the environment. Specifically, the plan aims to expand broadband internet access to the entire state by 2025.

Besides economic initiatives, GPS is also committed to investing heavily in education, health care and rural development. Social security programs will be expanded to support lonely elderly people, women and children in difficult circumstances.

Dr. Sim expressed his belief that with the GPS manifesto and the government’s wise leadership, Sarawak will continue to develop strongly, bringing a prosperous life to its people. This plan lays a solid foundation for the state’s future generations.
